Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Barista Dial-In (the "App") operated by Barista Dial-In. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Barista Dial-In helps you dial in espresso by generating AI-assisted calibration suggestions, crema diagnosis, and brewing advice. Suggestions are guidance only — coffee results depend on your equipment, beans, and technique, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide an accurate email address and be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Free Tier and Subscriptions

• The App offers a free tier with 5 free AI scans. Beyond that limit, AI features require a Barista Dial-In Pro subscription.
• Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple App Store account.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it using a method other than the interface we provide, reverse engineer the service, or use it to violate any law.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (excluding your own data) are owned by Barista Dial-In and protected by applicable laws. Your logged shots and notes remain yours.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate. You use them at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barista Dial-In shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
